The Circus

We took Coleman to Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus today. We arrived an hour before the show started, so we were able to go on the floor to see the some of the animals and the performers. Coleman was a little overwhelmed by the floor show, but he loved watching the circus from our seat.

Coleman was so tired from jumping around that he had to take a sip of milk!

Happy 1st Birthday Bradley!

We took the wagon down the street in order to celebrate Bradley's 1st birthday. It was a hot walk, even though I appreciated the beautiful day, but it was great exercise! We played in Bradley's driveway on his toys and we played on his swingset. We had a wonderful lunch, and we are so appreciative of Bradley inviting us to his special day! Happy Birthday Bradley!

A Visit to the Dentist

I decided that it was time to take Coleman to the dentist. We went to Wild Smiles in Lexington, and it was the coolest office. There was a play area for the children with video games, toys and a Thomas the Train play table. We also looked at the life-like animals through the glass floor, and around the office. The theme of the office was animals in the wild. Coleman loved the dental hygienist, but as soon as the dentist walked in with his latex gloves, he was scared. I think it reminded him of the gloves at the pediatrician's office that the nurse put on right before all of his shots. The dentist checked Coleman's mouth, and told me that he had 11 teeth. I was shocked that he had so many!

Coleman really loved playing with the trains!

Coleman could not figure out how to get the huge toothbrush into his mouth!

Happy Birthday Granddaddy!

We went to Clinton to spend some time with Granddaddy and GJ and to celebrate Grandaddy's birthday. After spending time with them, we went to the pond at Presbyterian College. Coleman loves saying the word duck and looking at them. He was not sure about feeding them.
